Model of leadership according to Buddhism

Abstract

              The purposes of this research paper are 1) to study leadership according to Buddhism 2) to analyze leadership with Buddhism and development management       3) to present leadership according to Buddhist way. This research is a qualitative research so most of the research is done through documents and in-depth interviews of 18 administrators in Mahamakut Buddhist University. The researcher extracted the data from the collection of documents and field data to separate according to the purpose of the research. After that, the researcher analyzed the information in the form of lectures based on the content of each issue in order to propose new knowledge by confirming theoretical concepts with explanatory analysis

              The results of the research showed that Leadership model according to Buddhism in The leader must have the characteristics according to the principles of the Satpurisadham, Kalyanamittitham principle Brahmavihara And Dhassaphit Dharma principles. These leadership characteristics have an effect on organizational management and development, in academic administration In human resource management and budget management In addition. The form of leadership must be endowed with principles that will lead subordinates to success effectively. The leader must have empathy and sincere love for other, helping other, and being neutral in the things that are beyond one’s control.
