Abstract
The goals of this article would like to explain the evidence based in the dimension that involves with social science studies and utilization, these sub-topics: definition, background, characteristic, feature and the level of reliability, the relation of evidence based to empirical research in social science, the form of evidence based utilization in social science, potential and limitation of evidence based in social science.
