The Curriculum Evaluation on Bachelor Degree of Public Administration Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Science Thaksin University

Abstract

The Curriculum Evaluation on Bachelor Degree of Public Administration Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Science Thaksin University. Under this research project, the objective is to evaluate the Bachelor of Public Administration curriculum, Department of Public Administration, Revised Edition, BE 2560 in each aspect which consists of environmental assessment, process assessment together with the assessment of productivity in order to study the weakness problems and the guidelines for improving the Bachelor Degree of Public Administration Curriculum, Department of Public Administration Under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Thaksin University in the future to meet quality requirements in accordance with Thai Qualifications Framework For Higher Education in public administration. This research uses a mixed method research. For the quantitative research process uses questionnaires as a tool to collect data from three sample groups.

The research results can be presented as follows:

1. A group of graduates from the Bachelor of Public Administration Program have an opinion towards the evaluation of the Bachelor of Public Administration Program, Department of Public Administration, Revised Edition, BE 2560. Overall results is at a high level ( = 4.19). The highest mean aspect is the productivity, following with the context and the process while the import factor has the lowest mean respectively.

2. A representative group from graduate users have an opinion towards the evaluation of the Bachelor of Public Administration Program, Department of Public Administration, Revised Edition, BE 2560. Overall results is at a high level ( = 4.05). The highest mean aspect is the productivity, following with the context and the import factor while the process has the lowest mean respectively.

3. A group of undergraduate students from the public administration program have an opinion towards the evaluation of the Bachelor of Public Administration Program, Department of Public Administration, Revised Edition, BE 2560. Overall results is at a high level ( = 4.51). The highest mean aspect is the import factor, following with context.
