The Development of Practical Guidelines for Cooperate Practitioners in the Political Discipline for the Senior Class in Mahamakut Buddhist University Roi Et Campus

Abstract
The objectives of the research were 1) to improve the practical guidelines for cooperate practical training in the political discipline for the senior class in MBU Roi Et Campus and 2) to compare the learners’ skills that develop to meet the criterion set. The senior students, totally 91 in number, are the target group, selected by means of specific sampling. The research tools consist of learning plan and assessment designs.
The research results were described as follows: 1) The development of the practical guidelines for cooperate practical training in the political discipline should comprise the following 4 steps: (1) Introduction, (2) Contents, (3) Practice and (4) Evaluation. In an overall aspect, it was found that the guidelines for development of leaners’ skills to meet the criterion set were at the ‘MUCH’ level, with the mean at 3.55 percentage point. And the mean at 3.97 percentage point was found when the development guidelines
were emphasized on more practice.In an individual aspect, the lowest level of practice and satisfaction was found in the aspect of learning management with the mean at 3.34 percentage point, and the learning atmosphere showed the mean at 3.41 percentage point. The highest level was found in the case of the learning management to promote self-learning that showed the mean at 4.04 percentage point, followed by the average percentage point of 4.03 that was found in the aspect of learning management that was suitable to the learners’ fundamental background. 2) The comparison of the learners’ skills that were improved to meet the criterion set was found to be at the high level with the statistically significant difference at .05.
