Guidelines for the Preparation of Activities and Projects for Contribute the Cooperation Between the Local Government, the Private Sectors and Civil Society to Support the Public Benefit in Ban Pao Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

This research study is a mixed method research between qualitative research and quantitative research. And has the following objectives: 1) to assess the system of project supporting cooperation building between the local government, the private sectors and civil society 2) to study the causal of the context factors, input factors, and process factors influence to output of project. 3) To study the appropriate approaches for the preparation of projects to serve as a foundation for public utilization. the tools used in the study were semi-structured interviews and small group discussions. The population provided important information, totaling 92 people, including Banchamek boxing camp personnel. People of Ban Pao Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, sector leaders, locality leaders, local leaders and civil society leaders.

In terms of impact, it was found that many sectors turned to pay more attention to natural capital and the environment. Causing government agencies to pay more attention to the Ban Pao area create more new jobs for the community It caused famous people to buy more land in the area and made land prices in Ban Pao sub-district worth respectively.

          Factors that had a causal influence on the project's output, sorted by causal influence, were the necessity of the project and sector cooperation, project planning. Persons responsible for carrying out activities must be clearly defined. It is a writing project, including writing principles and reasons.
