Abstract

This research study is a mixed method research between qualitative research and quantitative research. And has the following objectives: 1) to assess the system of project supporting cooperation building between the local government, the private sectors and civil society 2) to study the causal of the context factors, input factors, and process factors influence to output of project. 3) To study the appropriate approaches for the preparation of projects to serve as a foundation for public utilization. the tools used in the study were semi-structured interviews and small group discussions. The population provided important information, totaling 92 people, including Banchamek boxing camp personnel. People of Ban Pao Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, sector leaders, locality leaders, local leaders and civil society leaders.


The results of the project evaluation found that the Sri Lanna Natural Park marathon activity project Mae Ngad Dam Irrigation System Route and boxing matches It is a successful project in the implementation of the project, which is the output (Output), that is, all sectors are satisfied. achieve objectives Contributes to stimulating the economy in the area There was a good relationship between Buakaw Village and the community which would lead to good cooperation in the development of the area in the future. causing people in the Ban Pao area to turn their attention to exercising Help promote sport tourism Ban Pao community is known to both Thais and foreigners. and spread Thai culture and the way of life of people in the community respectively many activities and able to build good relations with the community Use the proceeds from the event to support local charitable activities. and more tourists came to visit Ban Pao sub-district area, respectively. In terms of impact, it was found that many sectors turned to pay more attention to natural capital and the environment. Causing government agencies to pay more attention to the Ban Pao area create more new jobs for the community It caused famous people to buy more land in the area and made land prices in Ban Pao sub-district worth respectively.


          Factors that had a causal influence on the project's output, sorted by causal influence, were the necessity of the project and sector cooperation, project planning. The causal influence was 0.39, 0.29, and 0.20, respectively, that is, 1) the reasons and the necessity of the project, it was found that it was a project that took advantage of the strength of human capital softness, Lt. Sombat Banchamek (Buakaw). This is consistent with the strength of the area with abundant natural capital. And in line with the needs of the development of leaders and people, namely public relations in the area. tourism development and the development of enterprises to support tourism in line with government policy Development of the creative economy health promotion sports promotion nature conservation and tourism It is a project that supports the cooperation of many sectors in the area. 2) In terms of project planning, it was found that there were brainstorming meetings to use as data or information for project planning, setting or selecting suitable projects. There is a coordination to create sectoral cooperation and participation in the preparation of the project. set schedule plan The timeline for bringing the project into operation is clear or appropriate. Persons responsible for carrying out activities must be clearly defined. It is a writing project, including writing principles and reasons. Writing project objectives is appropriate and 3) cooperation sectors. The project has received cooperation from many sectors, namely, government, private sector and civil society organizations.
