Organizational culture issues continue to be an interesting topic of research despite changing societal situations. The following subjects are covered by the study's conclusions, which represent a variety of perspectives: 1) the definition and origins of hustle culture; 2) its impact on physical and mental health; and 3) the challenges associated with transforming organizational culture.
