Comparative Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Performance Based on the Operational Plan at the College of Industrial Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, Fiscal Years 2019-2021

Abstract
This research has the objective to analyze the monitoring and evaluation results of the operational performance of the College of Industrial Technology at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok during the fiscal years 2019-2021, and to compare the monitoring and evaluation results of the operational performance of the College of Industrial Technology during the fiscal years 2019-2021. The research instrument used in this study is the project monitoring and evaluation form, and the obtained data were analyzed to find frequencies and percentages for comparison of the monitoring and evaluation results. The results found that in fiscal year 2019, there were 62 projects, in fiscal year 2020, there were 61 projects, and in fiscal year 2021, there were 53 projects. The year with the highest number of projects meeting the criteria was 2019, with 58 projects, accounting for 94%. The year with the highest number of projects not meeting the indicators was 2020, with 7 projects, accounting for 11% of the total projects. When comparing the number and percentage of monitoring and evaluation results that met the strategic indicators, classified by year, fiscal year 2021 had the highest percentage of projects meeting the indicators at 94.34%.
