A Comparison Study of Website in Thailand during the Present Time and Dot Com Bubble Burst in 2000

Abstract
The “Dot Com Bubble Burst” crisis in 2000 could be described as the over-invested situation to a Dot-Com Company, since the company did not provide that much value. This study compared the website during that bubble crisis with the website in the present day by applying Berlo’s SMCR model to this study. The study found that nowadays the development was happened in every aspect of the model, especially Channel, which was referred to internet and device availability. It played a crucial role in adding the value to the website. At the end, Dot –Com Company did not required any investment, it could survive on its own.
