Abstract
The developmentofabilities to producelearning lessons (Producing online learning lessons forempowering potential inteaching project) byusing the process of mentor in 13 primary schools in Thonburi area. This aims to evaluating the processonthe project: teacher developments by producing theonlinelessonthat empowering potential inteaching.The dataiscollected from participants byonline surveying. As the results, (1) the evaluation of the projects is significantly suitable and (2) theevaluationof projectachievementsafter seminarhashigheraveragethan before attending the seminar
