Publication Ethic

Roles and Responsibilities of the Editors:

  1. Editors have the responsibility to critically assess and screen the submitted articles for publication in the journal. This evaluation aims to ensure that the content aligns with the journal's objectives and scope and maintains a rigorous quality check throughout the pre-publication assessment process.
  2. Editors are tasked with operating the journal in a manner that aligns with the journal's objectives ethically and impartially. They should use academic reasoning when evaluating articles while avoiding bias.
  3. Editors must refrain from re-publishing articles that have been previously published elsewhere.
  4. Editors are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of authors' and reviewers' information during the manuscript evaluation process. This includes protecting the identities of authors and reviewers throughout the assessment period.

Authorship and Originality:

  1. Authorship and Originality: Authors' work must be previously unpublished and certified as original in the manuscript submission form.
  2. Factual and Honest Writing:Authors are required to compose their articles based on factual, research-based, and academically rigorous information. They must approach their work with honesty and avoid duplicating text from their prior publications in the same subject matter across multiple academic journals without proper citation, creating a clear understanding that the work is novel.
  3. Avoiding Plagiarism and Proper Citation:Authors must refrain from copying the work of others. In cases where the work of others is referenced or mentioned in the article, proper and accurate citation is mandatory, clearly specified in the reference list.
  4. Ethical Approvals for Human or Animal Research: Authors submitting articles that utilize research data involving human subjects or animals must provide evidence of ethical approval from the research ethics committee of their institution or relevant authorities.

Roles and Responsibilities of Manuscript Reviewers:

  1. Manuscript reviewers are required to evaluate the quality of submissions based on academic principles and reasoning, free from bias and without any conflicting interests that may benefit the authors.
  2. Reviewers should assess manuscripts within their field of expertise and knowledge.
  3. Reviewers are expected to provide constructive and academically valuable feedback to authors for the purpose of improvement, while adhering to the stipulated review timeline.
  4. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript's content, refraining from disclosing information to individuals not involved in the review process.
