The Art and Cultural Institute for Development (MAYA) has been established for 39 years (1981-2020). It has produced various forms of theatrical work depending on certain target audience. It also has developed systematic concepts of working including 1) Concept on theatre for children and youth development 2) Concept on the use of theatrical elements in workshop for teachers and those who work with children and youth 3) Concept on the use of theatre practices to enhance learning process among target audience, which include story theatre and Experimental Activities Planner (EAP). Furthermore, it is found that MAYA has used theatrical concepts together with development communication process in order to develop target audience and to develop sustainable human development system.
