Abstract

The purposes of this research study is to synthesize the web-based knowledge construction system on Information Technology for Communication and Learning course for undergraduate students, Bachelor Degree, SuanSunandha Rajabhat University; in order to develop the web-based knowledge construction system for Information Technology for Communication and Learning course with the Students’ learning achievement with the web-based knowledge construction system and to evaluate students’ satisfaction after learning with the web-based knowledge construction system.
The research population reviewed: 1.Teaching experiences in this course from SuanSunandha Rajabhat University; 2. Students enrolled in this course from 129 undergraduate students at SuanSunandha Rajabhat University. The research samples were purposively selected from seventeen experts in this course from SuanSunandha Rajabhat University which had been approved by the web-based construction system using Delphi Method; Thirty undergraduate students enrolled for this course at SuanSunandha Rajabhat University during the first semester of the academic year 2013. With simple random sampling: learning achievement test, and satisfaction evaluation form. The result revealed that the web-based knowledge construction system was six steps of blended learning activities that are analysis, design, development, implements, evaluation and revers.
There are six Offline learning activities: 1. Classroom instruction. 2. Workshop. 3. Clinical work. 4. Learning from e-Learning. 5. Assessments. 6. Communities. The results from the experiment reveal that the efficiency of the instructional set (E1/E2) is equal of 89.14/82.36, which meets the large criteria of 80/80. The learning achievement of students who studied with the web-based knowledge construction system was higher than pre-test scores at the statistically significant level of .05. Finally, the students' satisfaction toward learning with the web-based knowledge construction system was at the highest level and the investigators are all agree at the highest point.
