การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อวีดิทัศน์และหาประสิทธิภาพสื่อวีดิทัศน์วิชาแกะสลักเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนให้มีคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อสื่อวีดิทัศน์วิชาแกะสลักเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาการบริหารธุรกิจคหกรรมศาตร์ คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครที่ก าลังศึกษาในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา2557 จ านวน 30 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียน แบบวัดทักษะการสอน และแบบวัดความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมานผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาของสื่อวีดิทัศน์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.51อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก และคุณภาพด้านสื่อวีดิทัศน์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.64 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก ประสิทธิภาพของสื่อวีดิทัศน์เท่ากับ93.83/90.69 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ก าหนดไว้ และความพึงพอใจโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.32 อยู่ในระดับมาก
