Selection of Performance Indicators According to the Educational Criteria for Performance Excellent (EdPEx) of the Faculty of Veterinary Science Mahidol University

The study’s objective was to select performance indicators and find the factors which affect the performance indicators selection in accordance with the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). Moreover, it was to study other appropriate performance indicators in The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. This study utilized a survey and questionnaires for data accumulation, which has a 95% confidence level from 30 staff members. The study found that the performance indicators selection appropriateness in all five fields was at the highest level at 4.38 by average and 0.62 was the standard deviation (S.D.) And the function of indicators from the most appropriate level of indicators by leading indicator, the results of the indicators on all five sides, there are 26 indicators, personal indicators of the Lagging Indicator, including the results of the indicators on all five sides with 22 indicators. There are 12 indicators for other appropriate actions. The factors which effect on all five fields performance indicators selection were the result of learner’s learning field and process field. Furthermore, the customer focus result field found that personal factors in gender generated statistically significant differences. On the other hand, the result of personnel focus field, the result of leadership and oversight field and the results of budget, financial and market field had no difference in personal factors.
