แนวทางการพัฒนาผลการประกันคุณภาพ ระดับหลักสูตร คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร : การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) วิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาผลการประกันคุณภาพ ระดับหลักสูตร 2) กำหนดแนวทางในการพัฒนาผลการประกันคุณภาพ ระดับหลักสูตร และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำแนวทางไปใช้ในการพัฒนาผลการประกันคุณภาพ ระดับหลักสูตร กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร 20 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการประกันคุณภาพ 6 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 26 คน เป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกกิจกรรมกระบวนการกลุ่ม แบบบันทึกการจัดลำดับความสำคัญ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการพัฒนา โดยเครื่องมือมีผลการประเมินเหมาะสมมากที่สุด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาผลการประกันคุณภาพ ระดับหลักสูตรที่มีความสำคัญที่สุด ได้แก่ การสร้างเครื่องมือในการสำรวจข้อมูลจากบัณฑิตที่เหมาะสมและมีคุณภาพ การส่งเสริมให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่ตรงกันเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการ PDCA ระหว่างผู้ตรวจประเมินและผู้รับการประเมิน เพื่อลดปัญหาทัศนคติที่ต่างกัน การปรับภาระงานสอนของอาจารย์ให้เหมาะสม โดยไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการเพื่อเสนอขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ การนำกระบวนการทวนสอบและประเมินสมรรถนะผู้เรียนสอดแทรกในรายวิชาหรือการเรียนการสอน และการสอดแทรกและเชื่อมโยงความรู้ในเนื้อหารายวิชาเข้ากับการวิจัย บริการวิชาการ ทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรมในรายวิชาที่เหมาะสม โดยจะต้องสามารถวัดผลได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยแต่ละแนวทางมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากและมากที่สุด
