The independent study has the following objectives: (1) to study the management of student affairs to reinforce the core values of ethics and guidelines SANTIKIREE school's 12 years. (2) to find fault important factors that affect the quality of the management of student affairs, to strengthen ethics. (3) to determine the future of the management of student affairs and to strengthen ethics. (4) to establish a mechanism to drive the management of student affairs, to strengthen ethics. Population studies, including the school board. Teachers and Educational Personnel Parents and representatives of the 70 instruments to collect data for this survey and interviews. The statistics used to determine the percentage presented in tabular form. The information that has come to write a brief essay.
Theresults of the study revealed that (1) the management of student affairs in order to reinforce moral values according to the 12 main values. 1. Planning has a very good overall management. Conference Planning Participation in student affairs management planning. And jointly decide on democratic action. 2. Organizing is the overall management of the organization. On a very good level to excellent. Co-ordinate the structure of student affairs administration. Appointment of assignments to personnel. And joining the annual planning committee. 3. Leading the overall management is very good. Leadership to School Success And discuss important issues related to student affairs. 4. Controlling (Controlling) overall management conditions are very good. Coordination, monitoring, evaluation and evaluation of student affairs. Jointly review the project / plan in the form of a board. And the publication of the work to the public. (2) reasons and important factors affecting the management of student affairs to enhance morality and ethics. Important factors affecting the management of student affairs are as follows.
