Abstract

The study is about to decode the lessons of the educational Pali division administration Case study: WatPhraDhatPha-Ngao School.The main objective is to propose the way to improve the educational Pali division administration of WatPhradhatPhangao School that iseffective and consistent into the future image. And the minor purpose of the studiesare 1. To study the reality of the educational Pali division administration of WatPhradhatPhangao School. 2. To study of important factors that affecting into quality of the educationalPali division administration of WatPhradhatPhangao School. 3. To study the future image of the educational Pali division administration of WatPhradhatPhangao School.4. To propose the way to improve the educational Pali division administration of WatPhradhatPhangao School that is effective and consistent into the future image. Byutilizing 21 sets of interviews, questionnaire and focus groups as a tool and a sample group of population are an abbot (administrator), assistant of abbots, committees, teachers and officials of School.
The result of studies finding indicated learning achievement of educational administration were good at the level, the important factors to support are as the students ready to learn and have developed mental and physical

bodies by teachers, but mostly students are from difference nationalities and have no basic knowledge in Pali language. The satisfaction of the accessories were moderate at the level, the important factors to support are as the teachers focus on recitation and curriculum objectives The key factor, the teachers lack of sufficient education to analyze and apply their knowledge in daily life, and no use of modern teaching materials and new instructional media in School. The action plans were at a good level, the key factors to support in the main point of the administrator is focused on the learners and leadership. Teachers focus on teaching rather than patience and activities, the structure is not clear and no Pali research and projects. The budget of the temple to manage the education may be insufficient, the factors in less is compensation for teachers. The key factors to support the educational administration has developed the learners to meet their course objectives and focus on real measure executives know how to develop themselves all the time. Mostly students lack of the opportunity to develop themselves to gain a wide variety of knowledge.The results of the studying had four strategies for educational developments 1) To Produce more teachers and develop students 2) To Support the headmaster in School and to improve new curriculums. 3) To Publicize the relations to involve theprojects and supporting educational fund and 4) To Develop the teachers of Information Technology both inside and outside WatPhradhatPhangao School.
