The Guidelines for Girl Scout Activity Administration Promoting Public Consciousness at Ban Wiang Phan School under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The objective of this study was to develop the guidelines for girl scout activity administration promoting Public Consciousness at Ban Wiang Phan School under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. This qualitative study recruited 60 populations consisting of school director, vice directors, chiefs of 4 administrative divisions, chief of learner development activity, and teachers at Ban Wieng Phan School under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research instruments were questionnaire and interview following POLC framework. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, PNI and content analysis. The results showed that:

1. The current situation of girl scout activity administration promoting public consciousness at Ban Wiang Phan School, in overall, was rated at the high level while the desirable circumstance, in overall, was rated at the highest level. The PNI, in overall, indicated that leadership was rated the highest needs.

2. The guidelines for girl scout activity administration promoting public consciousness at Ban Wiang Phan School consisted of 4 aspects i.e. Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling.
