The Guidelines for Professional Learning Community Management to Improve the Quality of Learners with Sspecial Needs of Chiang Rai Panyanukul School

Abstract

                   The purposes of this study aimed to investigate the present conditions, desirable conditions, important factors and “guidelines for developing professional learning community management to improve the quality”. The result of the study revealed that on present conditions of professional learning community management, the overall averages revealed at very high level as considering each aspect. Next, on desirable conditions of professional learning community management the overall average revealed at a high level, as considering each aspect with the highest average was being a friendly community at the highest level. Then, on important factors that affecting to the management of professional learning communities the overall average showed that the highest aspect was individual aspect. And the guidelines for community management of professional learning on the overall show that. 4.1 Planning: On the planning stage, should be clearly assigned the objectives, vision, & goals of the PLC. 4.2 Doing: On the implementation of the plan, conduct activities with techniques and methods that are suitable for the target group. 4.3 Checking: On the checking aspect, should be reviewing and sharing ideas the vision and goals of the community by clearly defining the methods and issues before checking. 4.4 Action: should be always encourage the presentation of the ideas, vision, and goals of the professional learning community at all times.
