บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการปรับปรุงห้องประชุมแบบปกติมาเป็นห้องประชุมแบบไฮบริด และ 2) เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของห้องประชุมแบบไฮบริด ผู้วิจัยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการวิจัย 4 ขั้น คือ 1) การวางแผน (Planning) เพื่อการปรับปรุงห้องประชุมแบบปกติมาเป็นห้องประชุมแบบไฮบริด 2) การปฏิบัติการ (Action) เพื่อปรับปรุงห้องประชุมแบบปกติมาเป็นห้องประชุมแบบไฮบริด 3) การสังเกตการณ์ (Observing) เพื่อการประเมินคุณภาพของห้องประชุมแบบไฮบริด และ 4) การสะท้อนผล (Reflecting) เพื่อการใช้งานจริงของห้องประชุมแบบไฮบริด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วยแบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ผู้วิจัยใช้การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 32 คน จากกลุ่มประชากร ซึ่งได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสภาคณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานสภาคณาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของห้องประชุมแบบไฮบริด ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์พบว่า 1) การปรับปรุงห้องประชุมแบบปกติมาตรฐานทั่วไปที่มีระบบนำเสนอภาพ และขยายเสียงนั้นต้องมีการปรับปรุงให้ระบบภาพและเสียงมีความสัมพันธ์กันกับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมทุกกลุ่ม โดยภาพและเสียงที่เกิดขึ้นในห้องประชุม ณ สถานที่จัด (On-site) ต้องได้รับการจัดส่งสัญญาณทั้งภาพและเสียงที่ชัดเจนไปยังผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมทางไกล (Online) ขณะเดียวกันผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมในสถานที่จัดก็ต้องได้รับสัญญาณภาพ และเสียงที่คมชัดกลับมาจากผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมทางไกลด้วยเช่นกัน และ 2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของห้องประชุมแบบไฮบริดพบว่า โดยภาพรวมระดับความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของห้องประชุมไฮบริดอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.33, S.D. = 0.96)
