Satisfaction of students to GoogIe classroom in Thonburi Commercial College

Abstract The purpose of this research was to study the satisfaction level of teaching in the classroom at Thonburi Commercial College using Google Classroom. The satisfaction level was divided into three areas: 1) Using Google Classroom as a teaching instrument, 2) Security in network systems, and 3) The advantages and disadvantages of Google Classroom. The group sample came from the second year high vocational students (255 persons), who were studying at the Department of Accounting, Marketing, and Business Computer respectively. The research instrument used in this study was the questionnaire for measuring the satisfaction level of teaching. The result showed that Google Classroom makes teaching in the classroom easier; moreover, the highest average of this technique was 4.65 and the standard deviation was 1.15. On the part of security in network systems and determining point for access to the system, the highest average of all was 4.37 and the standard deviation was 1.23. With regard to the advantages of Google Classroom for the review of unfinished information, the highest average was 4.88 and the standard deviation was 1.38. Besides, the topic of some students leaving the group was composed of the disadvantages of using Google Classroom, the highest average of this topic was 4.73 and the standard deviation was 1.29. The average of the three areas was 4.32 and the standard deviation was 1.33.
