Uses and Gratifications of Personnel with Faculty of Management Science Web Site, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract

The aim of this study was to explore the behaviors of using website and to investigate the relationship between uses and gratifications of the web site among the personnel working for the Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research methodology employed a questionnaire whilized as quantitative method. Simple random sampling was used in selecting samples. A total of 100 questionnaires were returned. The Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to examine the hypotheses. The findings revealed that the uses and gratifications of the Faculty of Management Science website among personnel were at medium level. The present findings also showed that behaviors in the using website positively correlated with uses and gratifications, and uses of information positively correlated with the satisfaction with information of the web site.
