The Development of Sakon Nakhon PSIT Shop Online Inventory Management

Abstract

Purposes of this research were to design and develop an online inventory management system for Sakon Nakhon PSIT shop and to find efficiency of this online inventory management system. The sample group was purposively selected from PSIT store owners and teachers in Business Computers or related fields with a Master’s Degree and more than 5 years of teaching experience. Sakon Nakon PSIT shop online stock management system was designed and developed following 7-steps System Develop Life Cycle and evaluated by experts. Then, the created system was put to test with the sample group, a PSIT store owner and 2 teachers. An evaluation form with 5-level Likert scales was used to collect data. After that, statistical analysis such as percentage, average, and standard deviation was employed for data analysis. Findings showed system’s overall performance was at a high level with an average of 4.05 and a standard deviation of 0.81.
