The Reflection of Myth and Reality through “Rashomon”

Abstract

        This article presents an analysis of the reflection of myth and reality conducted in epistemology paradigms by textual analysis with Rashomon films. The discussed the concept of myth and reflection on Japans’ culture construction of reality. It consists of thoughts and beliefs that are hidden within reality. But finally, to understand the truth can literacy the myth is looking at the truth around the diverse and understandable.
