Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submission Procedures

  1. Authors must register with a username and password on the submission system.
  2. Once registered, proceed to the Submission section to complete the metadata form, including contact information, phone number, email, article titles in Thai and English, all authors’ names, keywords in both languages, and upload the manuscript in Word format.
  3. Authors should also contact the editor via email at nithat.sir@gmail.com and phlaw.journal@gmail.com.

Note: As the journal is registered with an international ISSN in English, all submitted manuscripts must begin with the English version first.

1. Manuscript Preparation

Cover Page

  • Title (in Thai and English): The title should be concise and not overly long. If the article is written in Thai, the title must appear in both Thai and English.
  • Author Information: Full names, academic titles, and positions of all authors should be provided in both Thai and English. For the corresponding author, a full address, telephone/fax number, and email address must be included. An asterisk (*) should be placed after the corresponding author’s surname to indicate their contact information.
  • Abstract: Must not exceed 250 words. It should be concise, specific, and reflect the key elements of the study, including objectives, methodology, findings, and recommendations. Abstracts are required in both English and Thai, with the English version presented first.
  • Keywords: In both Thai and English. Keywords should be relevant and searchable in academic databases.

2. Article Evaluation Criteria

The editorial board will conduct an initial review of the article regarding the correctness of the general format. If the article does not pass this review, it will be returned for revision. If it passes, it will proceed to the review process by external experts and, upon approval, will be published.

Quality check of articles before journal publication

The quality of articles is reviewed by peer reviewers, who are external experts from various institutions. For general articles, there are 2 external reviewers. For research articles (Original papers), there are 3 external reviewers.
