 Every article will be reviewed by at least 3 experts in the field, double-blind, prior to publishing a manuscript in the  Public Health Policy and Laws Journal.

Articles published in the Journal of  Public Health Policy and Laws, are personal opinions of the authors and do not reflect, or obligate editors' endorsement.  

The editorial board does not reserve the right to copy the content, according to the academic principles in the articles, but credits and citations should be referred to the source accordingly.

Every article has been considered by at double-blind reviewers prior published in the Journal of Public Health Policy and Laws.

  • International manuscript Fee: USD 85.00 (Online issue)
  • International student manuscript Fee: USD 50.00 (Online issue)

  • Publication Process

    Process Description:

    1. Receive Manuscript: The system receives a submission from an author/corresponding author.

    2. Editorial Board Preliminary Screening (7-10 days): The board checks for scope relevance, formatting, and initial quality.

      • If Fail: The manuscript is rejected, and the process ends.

      • If Pass: Proceed to the next step.

    3. Peer Review (At least 15 days): The manuscript is sent to expert reviewers in the relevant field for an in-depth evaluation.

      • If Rejected: The editor makes a final decision to reject the manuscript, and the process ends.

      • If Accepted with Revisions: Proceed to the next step.

    4. Notify Author for Revisions: The editorial board sends the reviewers' comments and suggestions to the author.

    5. Author Revises Manuscript (~2 weeks): The author makes the necessary revisions based on the feedback.

    6. Submit Revised Manuscript: The author submits the updated manuscript back to the system.

    7. Editorial Board Checks Revisions (At least 1 week): The board verifies that all required revisions have been adequately addressed.

    8. Acceptance Notification and Publication Fee Payment:
      Articles that have passed peer review and have been confirmed for publication will proceed to the final review stage by the journal’s editorial board. Some articles may not be accepted at this final stage. The decision of the editorial board is considered final. Upon acceptance, authors will receive an official notification along with payment details for the publication fee.

    9. The journal editor will issue a formal written acceptance letter to the author(s), specifying the issue in which the article will be published.

    10. Publication and Dissemination:
      Accepted articles will be prepared for publication and made available on the journal’s website in the upcoming publication cycle.

  • References must be formatted according to the APA (American Psychological Association) style. If the references are from Thai sources, all entries must be translated into English.

    The Public Health Policy and Laws is committed to improving its quality to meet international standards. Therefore, the editorial board has adopted the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style for all references. If the references are from Thai sources, all entries must be translated into English and follow the principles of Thai-to-Roman transliteration. This guideline has been implemented starting from Volume 9, Issue 2 onward.

    Article Publication Policy

    1. The manuscript must be original and not previously published or under consideration by any other journal.

    2. All accepted articles are peer-reviewed by qualified experts from various institutions using a double-blind review process.

    3. A publication fee is required only after the article has been accepted by the editorial board.
