Abstract

            Drafting techniques for local provisions on public health control requires local administrative organization to consider its importance. But, the fact that some local governments sought to copy the other local government’s provisions that would not be able to solve efficiently and effectively public health problems in the area. Through its own local provisions are, thus, deemed to be the best way or tool to curb the sanitary growing concerns. This article tends to describe, in some aspect, the local provisions drafting techniques, and its process, including factors for successful local provisions drafting.
