Abstract

The objectives of this research were to explore personal factors, work ethic atmosphere and organizational engagement and happiness at work, and factors correlated with personal factors, work ethic atmosphere, organizational engagement and happiness at work of the health personnel in Bo Rai District, Trat Province. The population studied were personnel in public health units, namely Bo Rai District Public Health Office. Bo Rai Hospital and sub-district health promotion hospitals In Bo Rai District, Trat Province, with working experience from 1 year or more, there were 225 people. The research tool was a questionnaire with a total reliability of all aspects equal to 0.97. Statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation. chi-square statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient statistics

The results showed that the public health personnel were aged 40-49 years, 41.3%, had 11-20 years of public health work, 44.9%, and worked at 73.8% of Bo Rai Hospital had commitment to the organization (mean = 4.28), work ethic atmosphere (mean = 4.31) and happiness at work (mean = 4.23). The overall level was very high. and factors related to happiness at work Statistically significant at the 0.05 level were age, duration of work. and the duration of work in the current location with a low correlation commitment to the organization and work ethical atmosphere was correlated with happiness at work at a relatively high level Statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

Recommendations from this research should study the pattern Promoting happiness at work Add more, for example, to promote good relationships in the organization. Use a flexible working system Recognize changes in career paths encourage learning new skills Appreciate and listen to opinions from personnel. Good welfare benefits. and should be educated Forms of creating an ethical atmosphere in work Factors affecting the creation of an ethical atmosphere in work to have more variety as well as an atmosphere of awareness of work ethics to develop an ethical atmosphere in the work of the organization.
