ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชุมพร
บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพ (2) ระดับการเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคล และระดับภาวะผู้นำ ปัจจัยด้านองค์กร และปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านองค์กร และปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ กับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพ ของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชุมพร
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจทำการศึกษาในบุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชุมพร จำนวน 365 คน จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามรวมทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบไคสแควร์
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชุมพร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก (2) ระดับการเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคลและระดับภาวะผู้นำ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยด้านองค์กรและปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก (3) อายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ปัจจัยด้านองค์กรทั้ง 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านผู้นำ ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านยุทธศาสตร์ ด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร ด้านการจัดการความรู้ ด้านบรรยากาศองค์กร ด้านการจูงใจ และปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชุมพร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
