Causal Factors of Agricultural Community Enterprise Groups Management in Sakon Nakhon Province Affecting Adoption of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy on Internal Management of Group Members

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the factors of Agriculture Community Enterprise Management Groups and to study the sufficiency economy philosophy and 2) to analyze the influence of agriculture community enterprise management groups in Sakhon Nakhon province affecting adoption of the sufficiency economy philosophy for members’ management. The sample consisted of 400 agricultural community entrepreneurs in Sakhon Nakhon province. The research tool was a questionnaire and analyze data by PLS-SEM to measure the relationship of variables. The results found 1) result to study the factors of community enterprise management groups consist: marketing mix, production management, financial management and group management. The factors of sufficiency economy philosophy consist: moderation, reasonableness, self-immunity, knowledge condition, and moral condition and 2) result to analyze the influence of agriculture community enterprise management groups in Sakhon Nakhon province affecting adoption of the sufficiency economy philosophy for members’ management that reveals reliability and validity of the outer and inner model.
