บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของการบริหารระบบคลังสินค้าเพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถจักรยานยานยนต์ ยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 จังหวัดชลบุรี (2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างของปัจจัยการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารคลังสินค้าที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพร้อมในการทำงานระบบ WMS และการสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถจักรยานยานยนต์ ยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 จังหวัดชลบุรีและ (3) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรทางด้านจัดการคลังสินค้าที่มีประสิทธิภาพของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์ ยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานแบบคู่ขนาน การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีสามเส้าทั้งสิ้น 50 คน และเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ทำงานด้านคลังสินค้าระบบ WMS สุ่มแบบอาศัยความน่าจะเป็น (Probability Sampling) ทั้งสิ้น 302 ฉบับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย Path Analysis with Latent Variables
ผลการวิจัยบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ทุกข้อ โดยสามารถสรุปผลรายละเอียด ดังนี้ (1) การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านระบบ WMS ที่ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมในการทำงานระบบ WMS พบแนวคิดของทุกระดับตรงกันที่จะต้องพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบริหารต้นทุนให้ตํ่าที่สุด ใช้ทรัพยากรคุ้มค่า มุ่งเน้นความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในระบบจัดเก็บและใช้พื้นที่ให้คุ้มค่า สามารถให้บริการลูกค้าถูกต้อง ตรงเวลา (2) ระบบการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้าที่ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมในการทำงานระบบ WMS พบผู้บริหารระดับสูงจัดประชุมกับทุกระดับเพื่อปรึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสินค้าคงคลังกำหนดเป็น KPI แต่ก็ยังพบความขัดแย้งกัน จึงต้องมีการกำกับและจัดประชุมจากหัวหน้างานอย่างเคร่งครัด (3) ทักษะการใช้งาน WMS ที่ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมในการทำงานระบบ WMS จากการวิจัยพบว่า จะต้องพัฒนาระบบใหม่ให้ใช้งานคู่ขนานกับระบบเก่า
