ปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 3 ประการ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2554 ที่ผ่าน (2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการไปใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรของประชาชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการเลือกตั้งที่สอดคล้องกับการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรของประชาชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์มากยิ่งขึ้น ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานทั้งแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) และ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) มาร่วมกันในการเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการศึกษาผสมผสานขั้นตอนของการวิจัยอย่างเป็นเหตุเป็นผลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 350 คน
ผลการศึกษานี้ พบว่า ผู้เลือกตั้งมีความหวังต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการเมืองภายหลังการเลือกตั้ง ชื่นชอบนโยบายของพรรคการเมืองกับผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งประกอบกันและอยากให้หัวหน้าพรรคเป็นนายกรัฐมนตรี โดยเฉพาะผู้มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาเป็นเกษตรกรซึ่งถือเป็นฐานใหญ่ที่สุด จะไปลงคะแนนเสียงโดยคำนึงประโยชน์จะได้รับจากนโยบายที่ตอบสนองความต้องการ และการนำเอากระบวนการตลาดเข้ามาใช้ในการรณรงค์หาเสียงจากพรรคการเมืองมีแนวโน้มในการเลือกพรรคนั้น อีกทั้งพบว่าความพึงพอใจผลงานของพรรคการเมืองที่หาเสียงไว้ปฏิบัติ จนแก้ปัญหาและสามารถนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติอย่างได้ผล เป็นแรงจูงใจให้ผู้เลือกตั้งมีความเชื่อมั่นและความศรัทธาได้รับความนิยมจากประชาชนผ่านการลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้ง
