พฤติกรรมการใช้ คุณภาพ และการยอมรับทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้แบบเปิดเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพรีดีกรี (Pre-degree) มหาวิทยาลัยตลาดวิชา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ทรัพยากรการเรียนรคูุ้ณภาพทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ และการยอมรับทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพ และการยอมรับทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้แบบเปิดเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพรีดีกรี มหาวิทยาลัยตลาดวิชาใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักศึกษาพรีดีกรีใช้ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้เป็นบางครั้ง โดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-books) ร้อยละ 33.5 การสอนผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-learning) ร้อยละ 31.6 การบรรยายสดผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต (RU cyber classroom) ร้อยละ 41.6 การสอนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต (course on demand) ร้อยละ 23.7 โดยใช้ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และใช้สมาร์ทโฟนในการเข้าถึง ครั้งละ 1-2 ชั่วโมง นักศึกษารู้จักทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้จากเพื่อน และไม่เคยได้รับการอบรมการใช้จากมหาวิทยาลัย คุณภาพของทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และนักศึกษาพรีดีกรียอมรับทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ ในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากนอกจากนี้ นักศึกษาพรีดีกรีที่มีเพศ อายุ และระดับชั้นปีที่ศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพของทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด ในภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
