บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพ สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพ และประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า บริหารจัดการด้วยระบบวงจรคุณภาพของเดมมิ่ง (PDCA) มุ่งเน้นให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์การประเมินรางวัลคุณภาพระดับองค์กร และการบริหารโรงเรียนมีปัญหาในด้านการตรวจสอบไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน
2. รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วยหลักการและแนวคิดของรูปแบบ วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแลล และลักษณะการบริหารโรงเรียน 6 ด้านโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความสอดคล้อง มีความเป็นไปได้ และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก
