การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สมรรถนะการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่เหมาะสม คือ การวางแผน การจัดการ การประสานงาน และการประเมินองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพมีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน
2. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็น มีองค์ประกอบ (1) หลักการและเหตุผล (2) แนวคิดการพัฒนาและเป้าหมาย (3) จุดมุ่งหมาย (4) โครงสร้างของหลักสูตร (5) กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมและระยะเวลา (6) สื่อประกอบการฝึกอบรม และ (7) การวัดและประเมินผล สำหรับเอกสารประกอบการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มีองค์ประกอบ (1) บทนำ (2) แนวทางการดำเนินการฝึกอบรม และ (3) แผนการจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบการฝึกอบรม มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและมีค่าความสอดคล้อง CVI เท่ากับ .80
3. หลักสูตรมีประสิทธิภาพเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ สมรรถนะการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพและเจตคติของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
