Development of an Online Repair Notification System: A Case Study in Building and Facility Management at Pattani Vocational College

Abstract
This study research and development study aimed to: 1) develop an Online Repair Notification System for Building and Facility Management at Pattani Vocational College, 2) evaluate the effectiveness of the developed system, and 3) assess the system's performance. The study employed the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework for system development. The sample group consisted of 50 individuals, including second-year higher vocational certificate students majoring in Information Technology and staff members from the building and facility management department, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and statistical analysis included frequency, percentages, mean values, and standard deviations.
The results indicated that the Online Repair Notification System exhibited high efficiency in terms of accuracy, speed, and user-friendliness. The system's overall performance, as evaluated by experts, was rated at the highest level. Similarly, user satisfaction with the system was rated at the highest level.
