นวัตกรรมชุมชน: การสร้างสรรค์และการพัฒนาชุมชนสันติสุขต้นแบบ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาทบทวนพื้นฐานความรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนวัตกรรมชุมชนที่เชื่อมโยงไปสู่กระบวนการสร้างและพัฒนาต้นแบบชุมชนสันติสุข โดยในบทความนี้ได้กล่าวถึงประเด็นความหมายของนวัตกรรมชุมชน บทบาทของนวัตกรรมชุมชนต่อการสร้างและพัฒนาชุมชนสันติสุข ประเภท องค์ประกอบ และกระบวนการสร้างนวัตกรรมชุมชน ความหมายของชุมชนสันติสุข ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดชุมชนสันติสุข ตลอดถึงความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างนวัตกรรมชุมชนสู่กระบวนการสร้างและพัฒนาชุมชนสันติสุข และผู้เขียนได้สังเคราะห์แนวทางการสร้างและพัฒนาต้นแบบชุมชนสันติสุข ที่ประกอบด้วย 6 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การกำหนดทิศทางและความต้องการของชุมชน 2) การสร้างนวัตกรรมชุมชน 3) การคัดเลือกนวัตกรรมชุมชน 4) การนำนวัตกรรมชุมชนไปสู่การปฏิบัติ 5) การประเมินความสำเร็จ และ 6) การเรียนรู้ ต่อยอดและกระจายผล ซึ่งต้นแบบของชุมชนสันติสุขจะต้องประกอบด้วย 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล 2) ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการ 3) ปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรและทุนทางสังคมของชุมชน และ 4) ปัจจัยด้านเครือข่ายและการสนับสนุน โดยอาศัยเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จในกระบวนการเสริมสร้างและพัฒนาชุมชนสันติสุข 4 เงื่อนไข ได้แก่ 1) ผู้นำชุมชน 2) สมาชิกภายในชุมชน 3) หน่วยงานราชการและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ 4) นวัตกรรมชุมชน
