Community Innovation: Creation and Development of a Peaceful Community Model

The article aims to explore the creation and development of a peaceful community model through reliance on community innovation as a crucial mechanism. The results show that the process of creating a peaceful community consists of five steps: 1) determining community direction and needs, 2) selecting community innovations, 3) putting community innovations into practice, 4) evaluating success, and 5) learning, expanding, and spreading results. It relies on four factors: 1) individuals, 2) processes, 3) community resources and social capital, and 4) networks and support systems. Key conditions for success include 1) community leaders, 2) community members, 3) government sectors and related agencies, and 4) community innovation. It can serve as a guideline to promote community development for better living,
which will be beneficial to the development of the nation in other dimensions.
