The effect of human resource management on entrepreneurs success in Rojana Industril Park, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya

Abstract

           The purposes of this research were to study 1) opinion level of human resource management and entrepreneur’s success in Rojana Industrial Park, Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya, 2) human resource management affecting entrepreneurs success in Rojana Industrial Park, Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya. The questionnaire was applied as a research instrument for data collection.


          The samples in this study were 121 human resource managers working with entrepreneurs in the Rojana Industrial Park, Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis for testing hypotheses.


          The results of opinion level study found that 1) the opinions level toward the human resource management in human resource development was at the highest level, 2) the opinion level in human resource recruitment and maintaining human resource were at a high level, and 3) the opinion level toward the entrepreneur’s success were at a high level. The result of hypothesis test found that human resource management in human resource development and maintaining human resource influenced the entrepreneurs success in Rojana Industrial Park, Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya, while the human resource recruitment did not. The results of this research can be used as a business practice for new entrepreneurs, and as an operational development guideline for old entrepreneurs to be able to continuously operate their business.
