Factors affecting the work performance in the new normal era of a state enterprise employee in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province

Abstract

The objective of this research were to 1) investigate the level of opinions about organizational management, quality of work life, organizational commitment, and work performance in the New Normal Era of state enterprise employee in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, and 2) investigate the factors affecting the work performance in the New Normal Era of state enterprise employee in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Data was collected from a sample of 289 people and calculated using the G* power program and multi-stage random sampling. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that the level of opinions regarding organizational management, quality of work life factors, organizational commitment, and work efficiency factors was at a high level. In addition, the results of the hypothesis testing found that organizational management factors, quality of work life, and organizational commitment factors affecting work efficiency in the new normal era of a state enterprise employee in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province were statistically significant at 0.05. The results of this study can be used as management guidelines to increase the efficiency of the organization's employees in a sustainable manner.
