สถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการจัดการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการเรื่องนี้มุ่งศึกษาและนำเสนอสถานการณ์การจัดการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาไทยท่ามกลางความเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงแบบพลิกผันตลอดเวลา ตามปรากฎการณ์โลกพลิกผัน (BANI World) โดยใช้แนวคิดของวงจรบริหารงานคุณภาพ PDCA กระบวนการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร (document analysis) นำเสนอสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม ผลกระทบที่เกิดจากยุคโลกพลิกผัน วิธีการรับมือต่อสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงและแนวทางการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาไทย
ผลการศึกษาวิธีการรับมือต่อสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อพลิกโฉมพัฒนาการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาไทยไปสู่ทิศทางที่ดีขึ้น พบว่า การศึกษาเป็นองค์ประกอบหรือเครื่องมือที่สำคัญในการนำไปใช้แก้ไขปัญหาจัดการการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาไทย โดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ยึดองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านผู้เรียน ด้านผู้สอน ด้านหลักสูตรการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการบริหารจัดการ และมีข้อเสนอแนะ ดังนี้ 1) ควรส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดและการปฏิบัติงานของผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบ ด้วยวงจรบริหารงานคุณภาพ PDCA 2) ควรประยุกต์ใช้วงจรบริหารงานคุณภาพ PDCA ในการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน
