บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ซึ่งเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 357 คน โดยคำนวณจากสูตรของ Taro Yamane และใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีแบบอิสระ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ รายได้ต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ที่แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ ได้แก่ ด้านความมั่นคงของสหกรณ์ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของกรรมการดำเนินการ ด้านความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของสหกรณ์ ด้านการบริการของเจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ ด้านสถานที่ตั้งของสหกรณ์เหมาะสม ด้านความสะดวกในการทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ ด้านสวัสดิการ (เช่น ค่ารักษาพยาบาล) และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารของสหกรณ์ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี มีอำนาจทำนายร้อยละ 51 (R-square=0.51) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05
