การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจบนพื้นฐานหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจบนพื้นฐานหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2) เพื่อกำหนดองค์ประกอบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ บนพื้นฐานหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และ 3) เพื่อประเมินแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ บนพื้นฐานหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา วิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 7 คน และการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจบนพื้นฐานหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการฟังและความเข้าใจ 2) ด้านการเอาใจเขามาใส่ใจเรา 3) ด้านความถูกต้องและความยุติธรรม 4) ความซื่อสัตย์ 5) ด้านการตระหนักรู้ตนเอง 6) การให้บริการ สุภาพถ่อมตน 7) การเห็นแก่ประโยชน์ของผู้อื่น และ 8) การสร้างกลุ่มชุมชน การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจบนพื้นฐานหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วย 1) การขับเคลื่อนจิตสำนึกด้านการบริการประชาชน 2) การพัฒนาจิตสำนึกด้านการเอาใจเขามาใส่ใจเรา 3) การเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกด้านการบริการด้วยความยุติธรรมและบังคับใช้กฎหมายอย่างเป็นธรรม และ 4) การพัฒนาและสนับสนุนด้านการสร้างกลุ่มชุมชน และผลการประเมินแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจบนพื้นฐานหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
