Teachers Learning Management Skills in the 21st Century Affecting Quality of Student in Schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study (1) the level of teachers learning management skills in the 21st century, (2) the level of quality of student, (3) the relationship between teachers learning management skills in the 21st century and quality of student, and (4) the predictive power in teachers learning management skills in the 21st century affecting quality of student. The samples were school administrators and teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2024, yielding a total of 349 participants, selected by using multistage random sampling. The research instrument was a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used for data collection were mean, standard deviation, Peason’s product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed that (1) Teachers learning management skills in the 21st century in overall was at high level. (2) Quality of student in overall was at high level. (3) The relationship between teachers learning management skills in the 21st century and quality of student showed moderate level of positive correlation with statistical significance at .01 level and (4) the teachers learning management skills in the 21st century in Critical thinking skill (X5), Professional Learning Community skill (X3), Information technology skill (X2), and Classroom management skill (X1) were able to predict the quality of student at 50.10 percent with the statistical significance at .05 level.
