Teachers Learning Management Skills in the 21st Century Affecting Quality of Student in Schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study (1) the level of teachers learning management skills in the 21^st century, (2) the level of quality of student, (3) the relationship between teachers learning management skills in the 21^st century and quality of student, and (4) the predictive power in teachers learning management skills in the 21^st century affecting quality of student. The samples were school administrators and teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2024, yielding a total of 349 participants, selected by using multistage random sampling. The research instrument was a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used for data collection were mean, standard deviation, Peason’s product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed that (1) Teachers learning management skills in the 21^st century in overall was at high level. (2) Quality of student in overall was at high level. (3) The relationship between teachers learning management skills in the 21^st century and quality of student showed moderate level of positive correlation with statistical significance at .01 level and (4) the teachers learning management skills in the 21^st century in Critical thinking skill (X₅), Professional Learning Community skill (X₃), Information technology skill (X₂), and Classroom management skill (X₁) were able to predict the quality of student at 50.10 percent with the statistical significance at .05 level.
