บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบทชุมชนและวิถีการจัดการของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวนาปีบ้านพนมนาง และเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของเกษตรกรสู่การเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในการจัดตั้งวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยคัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจงจากเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวนาปีบ้านพนมนางจำนวน 50 คน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยประยุกต์หลักการ GROW Model วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและตีความ และวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคสามเส้าและการสะท้อนผลผ่านเวทีการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ให้ข้อมูลและผู้ร่วมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชุมชนเกษตรบ้านพนมนางต้องเผชิญกับความเสี่ยงในการประกอบอาชีพทำนา เนื่องจากเกษตรกรไม่มีการจัดการกลุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบส่งผลให้เป็นข้อจำกัดในการเข้าถึงกลไกการพัฒนาด้านต่าง ๆ การพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกรผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามหลักการ GROW Model สร้างให้เกิดผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงจำนวน 37 คน ในการจัดตั้งวิสาหกิจชุมชนข้าวนาป่าหอมพนมซึ่งจะเป็นสถาบันเกษตรกรของชุมชนที่เอื้อต่อการเข้าถึงกลไกการพัฒนา องค์ความรู้จากบทเรียนการพัฒนาจะเป็นตัวแบบให้ชุมชน ท้องถิ่น และภาคีที่เกี่ยวข้องในการขยายผลการพัฒนาเพื่อสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน
