Abstract

The development of school administrators and teachers for educational quality improvement is rather a significant educational issue at present. In this journal, it will be known that the beginning of quality should focus on the characteristics of students we want to develop. Then, the world change will be seen especially the skills we ought to emphasize in the learning in the 21st century. Finally, how educators can enhance their students will be observed. Here, the CCPR model and teaching pedagogies are offered as important strategies with examples of excellent standards. Also this journal is ended with seven strategies; 1) administrators should be greatly engrossed in education, 2) they should make inspiration to their teachers, 3) they should do their best and pay attention to the students, 4) they should learn and use various processes, 5) they should develop the teachers to seek better things, 6) they should evaluate and control the educational quality closely, and 7) they should find the cooperation with parents, communities, and networks.
