Abstract
New Public Management It is an idea that changes the bureaucracy that emphasizes large order and procedures to a new type of management that emphasizes success and responsibility. as well as using techniques and methods of the private sector to improve work to be modern and fast And in line with the changing situation of the world economy, society, politics, including the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic that has spread around the world that affects all dimensions of the country. especially in tourism and hotel business. Therefore, the government must have policies, measures and activities. to drive tourism and hotel business and at the same time, tourism and hotel operators Adaptation and strategies are needed to survive the COVID-19 situation and prepare for future tourists
