It is a quantitative research study, with the population being the elderly in the research area, specifically in Aranyik Municipality, Phitsanulok Province, totaling 3,975 individuals. The sample, determined through application of Yamane’s formula, consisted of 400 participants.  The researchers utilized a survey questionnaire to collect opinions and conducted random sample data collection. The research findings revealed that 1) in the community area of Aranyik Municipality, Phitsanulok Province, the existing facilities designed to support the elderly in the future were insufficient to meet the needs of the elderly in the community. 2) Regarding the level of opinion on the spatial needs of the elderly, it was found that health and recreational aspects received the strongest agreement. Recommendations for implementation are: 1) Policy level: Develop policies, strategies, development plans, and budget allocations related to improving quality of life and accommodating the elderly at both provincial and local levels in Phitsanulok Province. 2) Administrative level: Aranyik Municipality in Phitsanulok Province should improve and develop sufficient public spaces for the elderly population in the future, utilizing the knowledge of friendly design. 3) Operational level: Those involved with elderly affairs at both provincial and local administrative levels should be developed to have knowledge and capacity to respond effectively to the future aging society.
