เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่อการเรียนการสอนในวิถีการศึกษาใหม่

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษา รวมถึงพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิตในวิถีการศึกษาใหม่ และวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการเรียนการสอน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษา 165 ราย คำนวณจากกรณีทราบจำนวนประชากรตาม Yamane ณ ระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่ร้อยละ 95 และอาจารย์ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการเรียนการสอน 5 คน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานและใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ของแบบสอบถาม มีค่า IOC เท่ากับ 0.97 ทั้งฉบับ และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากการสัมภาษณ์จะถูกวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา


ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นความสำคัญของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ในการวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนก่อนการสอนและการออกแบบการใช้เทคโนโลยีให้เหมาะสม พบว่า การสอนแบบออนไลน์ มีประสิทธิผลต่ำกว่าการสอนแบบออนไซต์ เนื่องจากความสนใจที่หลากหลายของนักศึกษา ปัญหาสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต และการไม่สามารถควบคุมพฤติกรรมหรือสภาพแวดล้อมของนักศึกษา งานวิจัยนี้ยังได้เสนอแนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เน้นความสำคัญของการวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนก่อนการสอน การใช้เทคโนโลยีที่หลากหลายและเหมาะสมกับนักศึกษาแต่ละคน อย่างไรก็ตาม แม้คณาจารย์จะพยายามใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล แต่ยังมีข้อจำกัดและความท้าทายในการสอนออนไลน์   ทั้งด้านประสิทธิภาพและการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษา
