Developing a digital media teaching platform by teaching on Padlet in Thai Grade 4, Wat Bang Bon School (Pim Chantae Uppatham)

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the teaching of Thai language subjects in grade 4 with the Padlet application at Wat Bang Bon School (Pim Chantae Uppatham), 2) to compare the students’ learning achievements. Before and after studying using the Padlet
application, 3) to study the satisfaction of the learners with teaching. Thai language subjects ingrade 4 with the Padlet application at Wat Bang Bon School (Pim ChantaeUppatham). The samplegroup consisted of 30 students. The research instruments were the Padlet application, a quiz,a questionnaire. satisfaction. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage and mean.

The research revealed that
1) the questionnaire of students’ opinions towards teaching Thai language subjects in grade4 with the Padlet application at Wat Bang Bon School (Pim Chantae Uppatham) was as follows of information convenient to learn At the highest level, representing 93.3 percent, screen format such as pictures, letters and colors be appropriate at the highest level, accounted for 86.6 percent. The content was accurate, clear, at the highest level, accounted for 83.3 percent. The content is easy to understand and learn at the highest level, accounted for 73.3 percent and the ranking of the content is a step easy to read and understand at the highest level, accounting for 63.3 percent.

2) the students’ learning achievement before and after studying using the Padlet application showed that the students had a pre-study score of 53.67 and after-study at 86.67, with a mean different after students study using digital media Padlet at 33.00.

3) the satisfaction of the learners towards teaching Thai language subjects in grade 4 with the Padlet application at Wat Bang Bon School (Pim Chantae Uppatham) was at a high level.
